I’m an oil and mixed media painter based in WestEnd near Woking. My paintings explore the quiet, powerful bonds between people and animals. Horses have been part of my life since childhood, and many of the cats and dogs who share my home came to me through rescue. Those relationships shape the work I make.

Through atmosphere, light and recurring golden threads, I paint what I have felt throughout my life, that an animal’s trust, presence, or simple act of recognition can change us. My wider series, The Golden Threads, brings these experiences together through paintings of horses, foxes, cats, dogs and birds.
