2026 PUBLIC VOTE WINNER

The artwork that achieved the most votes from visitors to the Society's Spring Exhibition 2026
Many congratulations go to Ioanna Namintraporn (also known as the Ottershaw Potter) for 'Goddesses'. It is the first time that this prize has not been won by a painting at our annual exhibition.

The prize winners of Woking Art Society's Spring Exhibition 2026 are .....
Judges choice: Annemarie Nijeboer for Cows in Shade
Best watercolour: Ben Davidson for A Sunny Day on the Canal
Highly commended: Monika Merecktye for Still Life, Gwenaela Quillere for Luck Does Grow on Trees, Christine Taherian for Looking Ahead, and Margaretha Shepherd for Apples and Cabbages.

SPRING EXHIBITION 2026

100+ original artworks are still available
An exciting mix of work – from landscapes and pencil drawings to contemporary abstracts, sculptures and pottery – were on display at the Lightbox Gallery, Woking, from 7-22 March. The exhibition itself may be over but you can still see all the artwork on the gallery page of this website. Most of it is still for sale and prices start at £80.

OUTDOOR EXHIBITIONS – JUNE & SEPTEMBER 2026

Dates are now agreed. We can now confirm that there will be two one-day art exhibition and sales in Mercia Walk, Woking, this year. They will take place from 9 am to 4.45 pm on Saturday 27 June and Saturday 19 September 2026.
